Food Testing

Alliance Technical’s Microbiology Division is UKAS accredited for the testing of food products. We understand the requirements of our customers and help them demonstrate due diligence by offering bespoke services tailored to their needs.

We have a long association with food testing and expertise working in a production environment; this helps us understand the pressures and concerns of our customers. Our aim is to deliver a fast result and to help navigate legislation such as the EU Microbiological Criteria Regulations 2073/2005 which requires that many foods must undergo statutory microbiology testing.
